• It is registered in St-Gallen, Switzerland, and sits in the Falkenstein Business center.
• It is an association under swiss law (art. 60 ss. CC)
• It is politically and religiously neutral.

Governance

Governance is performed by the General Assembly of active members: the Assembly meets at least once a year. The General Assembly agrees on the rules, sets the objectives and makse sure the goals are efficiently reached.

Members of the Scientific Advisory Board come from science and represent their area of specialization. They advise and support the association.

Operations

• General secretary: Dr. Frank Th. Petermann

The General Secretary supervises and makes sure the association operates in the respect of the statutes and, in addition, is competent in administrative matters.

Controlling

• Audit: Mercania Treuhand AG

The auditing company verifies the formal exactitude of the accounts. Once a year, the auditor delivers a written report to the General Assembly.
